Remember When Doo Wop is 5 gentlemen singing accapella harmony in authentic Doo Wop style.
Doo-wop is a genre of music that was developed in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Baltimore, Newark, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Detroit, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles in the 1940s, achieving mainstream popularity in the 1950s and early 1960s.
The guys of Remember When Doo Wop are the real deal and bring the accapella Doo Wop sound alive. Two of the members actually sang on the street corners of Brooklyn as teenagers in the 1960s.
The group is performance oriented and able to sing at many types of events featuring oldies music. They can either do a stage show or mingle among guests. Always entertaining, they continue to get rave reviews from their audience and re-booked for future engagements.
See the Danthemusicman calendar on this website for more performance dates.
